Write A Short Story With Dad
in collaboration with the Newport Beach Library

Join us for one of our favorite and always free programs. The two of you decide to come up with a story.
No plot too crazy or too short. It's all about having fun and connecting with your child. We want you to talk, giggle, and come up with a fun story with your drawings and words.
Don’t worry if your child cannot write. They can do the storytelling and drawing while you do the writing. And if the Child can’t draw - You make the book for them and read it to them after. You'll make a book together that you can read and enjoy together for years to come! Special guest author, Barbara Odanaka will also join us to offer some helpful writing tips to get you started!
